Hugs! Hope you are happy, healthy, and full of energy… just the way I remember you from years (wow, years!) ago. My dear Unk passed away, then because of how beautiful your HPS renovation was… I was able to rent out the studio. Now my sister and I are planning to sell it… and it’s still gorgeous! Yay!
